JBL Took Things Too Far
John Bradshaw Layfield (JBL) once took things too far and got in trouble for it. During an ECW and WWE cross-promotion, JBL decided to single out the Blue Meanie during a planned brawl. In the end, cameras caught Blue Meanie bleeding profusely, and to settle the score, a regular fight between them was scheduled by WWE. Blue Meanie hit JBL using a chair and yelled at his opponent that he had it coming.

Andre The Giant Got Bored
Andre the Giant was once among the biggest stars in WWE. He was scheduled to be in a match with Akira Maeda, who was temperamental in the ring. Andre was not one to put up with people who talked him down, so during the match, Andre shrugged off practically all the moves Maeda tried to do and looked bored. The Giant was actually bored (and drunk) and went off-script, so the crowd soon got bored as well and started booing.
