Mick Foley Vs. Ric Flair

Most fans find it hard to dislike either Mick Foley or Ric Flair, but these two wrestlers did not see eye-to-eye at one point, with their issues stemming from a literary standpoint. Foley wrote in his autobiography: “Flair was every bit as bad on the booking side of things as he was great on the wrestling side of it.” Foley was referring to the time that Flair was on the WCW booking committee and how Flair booked him badly. Flair responded by writing about Foley in his very own autobiography, saying, “I do not care how many thumbtacks Mick Foley has fallen on, how many ladders he’s fallen off, how many continents he’s supposedly bled on, he will always be known as a glorified stuntman.” However, it seems that after all that, these wrestlers have settled their differences.

Hulk Hogan Vs. Randy Savage

In the late ‘80s, there was a partnership formed in WWE known as The Mega Powers, which was composed of Hulk Hogan and “Macho Man” Randy Savage, with Miss Elizabeth as their manager. The Mega Powers eventually split, which led to a match between Savage and Hogan for the WWE Championship at WrestleMania V, where Miss Elizabeth served as a mutual party. Off-screen, there were real-life tensions starting to build between the two wrestlers as Savage blamed both Hogan and Linda (who was still married to Hogan at the time) for the breakdown of his marriage to Miss Elizabeth. Hulk Hogan claims they had made peace with each other before Macho Man’s untimely passing.
