Koji Kitao Versus The System
Koji Kitao was a disgraced sumo wrestler who joined the WWE to help promote pro wrestling in Japan. For his first match, Kitao had to fight Earthquake, who was a pretty successful sumo wrestler that became a pro wrestler. Kitao was embarrassed to fight Earthquake because Kitao’s rank was higher when they were both still sumo wrestlers. Kitao did not follow the script when the fight started, and they just circled and stared each other down. Kitao then kicked the referee, took the microphone, told everyone in the arena that wrestling is fake, walked out, and did not return again.
Nailz Versus Vince McMahon
Before the start of SummerSlam in 1992, Nailz determined that he was not getting paid enough for the said event, so he decided to confront Vince McMahon, his boss, on live TV. Muscling his way to McMahon’s office, Nailz began choking him and had to be pulled off from his boss. After this, Nailz got fired right away, but it seems that he never got over this because years later, he tried to get back at his former boss in court. McMahon was on trial due to a steroid offense and Nailz was summoned to testify, but Nailz was so angry that he was unable to put coherent thoughts together, which led McMahon to getting acquitted.
