Randy Cross used to be a star center for the 49ers during the ‘70s and ‘80s. In 1988, he decided to quit after his 3rd Super Bowl win. He soon went into sports announcing and first worked for CBS Sports before joining NBC in the ‘90s. He returned to CBS in the end and now makes about $1 million a year.
