Mike Gorman has 5 Emmys to his name thanks to his broadcasting career. Before this, he served in the US Navy. He began to broadcast after he left aviation. He used to be a WPRI sports director and the voice of the University of Rhode Island on WPRO. He once worked for ESPN but now does play-by-play commentary on Celtics games for NBC Sports. He covered the 2016 Olympic Games with Fran Fraschilla for the channel as well. He makes half a million bucks per year these days.

Tony Romo is a recognizable name thanks to his time in the NFL. The former QB had to quit pro football after 13 years when he got a back injury. He became a commentator for CBS not long after this. He was hired as a lead color analyst for its NFL telecast. He was able to make $4 million per year early on thanks to his NFL recognizability.
