Paul McCartney is a hugely generous celebrity that has worked to help with a variety of causes. He is a patron of Adopt-A-Minefield, donated a song to help with Burma, and helps with PETA. He has donated thousands of his own dollars to numerous causes and often performs at concerts that do fundraising for good causes.
