Steffen had not been after credit when he did such a thing. The reason he left a tip of $200 was that he thought David deserved this. He had the ability to do it, and so he did. The reason he left the place right away was that he did not want to get credit for it. The sole reason we even know about the story was because David immediately came after him. Ultimately, we can learn a thing or two from what Steffen did. Let us never forget that it is good to give for the sake of it and not to expect anything in return.

We are sure that you have heard a lot of stories about wealthy folks giving all kinds of donations to various charities. These folks have gotten praises for their generosity, and they deserve it. However, the truth is that not everyone does these things out of the goodness of their hearts. There are people who make donations to make themselves look good. It is great that there are people like Steffen out there.
