Stacy’s grandma, Iris, has always loved meddling in all sorts of family affairs. At that point, Stacy hadn’t had any contact with her grandmother for years, and they hardly spoke on the phone either. At some point the contact was completely lost. Stacy’s mother was in regular contact with Grandma Iris and Stacy was sure Grandma had to hear bad things about Thomas.
