He chose a different path, one in the entertainment industry and managed to use his wrestling in his acting, when he appeared as Mankind on an episode of Boy Meets World. David Michael Bautista Jr. is a former wrestler, bodybuilder and mixed martial artist. After he finished his carer in wrestling he went on to pursue acting and was featured in movies like Spectre, The Man with the Iron Fists, Riddick, and in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, where he plays ‘Drax.’ Batista was accused of using steroids and investigated for this, but the claims were never confirmed.
