Three months after her doctor phoned emergency services, in June 2008, Locklear checked into a medical facility in Arizona treatment of psychological ailments, anxiety and depression. Moreover she asked for an in-depth evaluation of her medication so that she could receive proper diagnosis and treatment. Four weeks later, she returned home.

Just in 2015, Full House star John Stamos spoke candidly while on the Howard Stern Show. Stamos said that many years ago when he and Locklear were quite young, they met a party. After drinking a lot, Locklear asked Stamos back to her room, he agreed. However Stamos said that nothing happened.
