Locked Up
Two months after Loklear left the medical facility, in September 2008, she was pulled over and arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence. The arrest happened just outside Santa Barbara after Locklear was spotted driving erratically. Naturally a blood test was conducted but found no alcohol or illegal narcotics. According to Santa Barbara County Deputy District Attorney Lee Carter, the prescription medications Locklear was on for her anxiety and depression “could have impaired her ability to safely drive a motor vehicle”.

For the next two years, Heather Locklear was mentally stable. Maybe the reason for her stability was due to the fact that she was dating comedian, David Spade. In 2017, David Spade was asked just how he dates so many beautiful women. To which he said that women were not just attracted to his humor but his good looks too.
