A Noise In The Night
One night, while Joe and Lucy were sleeping, Joe heard strange noises coming from the kitchen: a thump on the floor, a creaking door, steps. His heart started pounding. Who was the house inside? Joe was unable to tell in his sleep if it was real or if he was dreaming. However, the next morning, when some of the food was gone the night before, he realized he had to act quickly. But when the truth came to light, Joe’s whole world turned upside down.

The following morning, Joe poured himself a glass of orange juice and confronted his girlfriend about the food that was missing. To his surprise, she denied everything. Joe didn’t want to call his girlfriend a liar, but he knew something strange was happening. Maybe she was a sleepwalker without knowing it. Heck, maybe he was! Nevertheless, the only way to know for sure was to get proof, but what Joe would soon find would leave him feeling sick to his stomach.
