Between having office meetings on Zoom and communicating with people through Whatsapp, digital platforms have become the only way for a lot of people to work, exercise, learn and be entertained.
Now, people seem to be more relaxed with screen time hours for themselves and their kids. This is a huge cultural shift from just a couple of months ago. Since it’s changed so much, it doesn’t feel like something that will be disappearing too quickly once this is over.

Another thing people are wondering about is the housing situation: will it be any different after the pandemic is gone? Well, Zillow did a study on housing during previous pandemics and came to a conclusion.
They saw that while home sales would drop dramatically during an outbreak, home prices stayed more or less the same, if not slightly lower. This makes sense since it’s harder for prices to change when there aren’t many transactions. Essentially, pandemics simply put the housing market on pause.
