Löwchen
The Löwchen is a dog breed from France and Germany that costs as much as $5,000. It is also called the Petit Chien Lion or the Little Lion Dog. This dog breed is considered to be a toy breed. First bred in 1422, the Löwchen has appeared in a number of tapestries and paintings in the past few centuries. In those days, it was bred as a royal court dog meant to accompany the elites. Knowing that it was a status symbol of sorts in the past, its unbelievable price makes sense to us.
Rottweiler
The Rottweiler has its origins in Germany and goes for an average price of $2,000. These dogs are known to be alert and courageous. Aside from that, they were also one of the first police dogs and continue to serve in the military alongside humans. They have a bad rep, but they can be lovely family dogs if trained to socialize early on. Even though some of them are quiet, they can be huge goofballs as well. Male Rotties tend to be protective of the members of their family, both canine and human!
