The vets finally updated Christine on Khan’s current situation. There is a big chance that Khan would die because of the powerful venom of the Mulga. The entire family had been looking forward to his quick recovery, but things weren’t going according to plan at that moment. They couldn’t even fathom what it would have been like if it was Charlotte who had been bitten. Due of Khan’s bravery, the family felt that Khan deserved another shot at life and to completely regain his health.

As they waited for the news, the family hoped and prayed for good news. Khan’s life was in the hands of the vets. The vets were giving their best to remove all the snake venom inside Khan’s body. “He saved her life by risking his own. From now on, he’s Khan the Wonder Dog,” Catherine said as she recalled Khan’s heroic deed. The family had been anxiously waiting to hear a positive update about their wonder dog. One day, their prayers were finally answered when Catherine received a call from the vet’s office.
