Disinfect Countertops, Mirrors, Windows, And Walls
As the hydrogen peroxide is an antibacterial and antiviral treatment, it is a great tool to use to clean your home. If you don’t like the chemicals found in typical cleaning supplies, you can pour some 3% hydrogen peroxide into a spray bottle and use it just as you would any other cleaner. Keep in mind that even though it is a powerful cleaner, it still takes time to work, so spray it and let it sit there for a minute or two. To clean windows and mirrors, mix plain soap, hydrogen peroxide, and vinegar.
Use As A Natural Deodorant
Our armpits are the main source of a person’s body odor, as they tend to sweat a lot, and sweat odors are caused by bacteria breaking down. Luckily, a 3% hydrogen peroxide does a great job of breaking down these odors and keeping you smelling fresh and odorless. Hydrogen peroxide- just like a normal deodorant- is not an antiperspirant; it won’t stop you from sweating, but it will keep the odors away. It’s free of harsh chemicals found in most drugstore deodorants like aluminum, and it’s cheaper.
