Remove Burn Residue

Trying to scrub off the caked-on residue from burnt food in your pots and pans can take forever, and usually doesn’t prove to be super effective. Pouring a mixture of 3% hydrogen peroxide and a big spoonful of baking soda, then letting it sit for about six hours, will help lift these stains right off. After wiping the debris and rinsing off the pot, it should look like new.

Lighten Hair

Mix hydrogen peroxide and baking soda together to make a paste that you can spread all over your hair. Keep the paste in your hair for 15-60 minutes then rinse it all out with cold water. Your hair likely will not go from dark brown to bleach blonde, but it will definitely be noticably lighter. Just be careful when using hydrogen peroxide so close to your eyes, and be sure to not let it irritate your scalp.
