Caddyshack
Like many other actors, Bill Murray’s career was jumpstarted by his performances on SNL. It was sad to hear him go, but at least we could still watch him in movies like Caddyshack. Some of the bits that he improvised were the Dalai Lama and Cinderella monologues. For the latter, the script just indicated, “Carl cuts off the tops of flowers with a grass whip.”

Knocked Up
Seth Rogen first made a name for himself after starring in Freaks and Geeks with his pals James Franco and Jason Segel. However, his performance in Knocked Up made him even more popular! In the film, he worked again with director-writer Judd Apatow who is well-known for his openness to collaboration with actors. Rogen must have been allowed a certain degree of freedom in the film. Did you know that he personally came up with the reference to Munich?
