Colorado – 22.6% Obesity Rate

It was reported that the Colorado state was ranked first for having the least number of obese residents, and it was acknowledged that around 23% of adults were obese in 2017. It was the lowest rate within the country, but it was unfortunate that the number of obese was steadily rising. It was deemed that 45 to 64 years old were the ones most likely to be obese.

District of Columbia – 23% Obesity Rate

It was reported that the District of Columbia experienced a decrease in its obesity rate from 2011 to 2012. The pace steadily grew down for adults aged 40 to 64, and the state was ranked second as the one with the lowest percentage of obesity within the country. The District of Columbia was next to Colorado, and it was reported that 17.8% of children were obese.
