We could imagine the delicious Carolina barbecue, pimento cheese, and shrimps and grits when we talk about North Carolina. It was also where the Krispy Kreme Donuts originate. People would go to North Carolina because of their food. However, this was also the reason why North Carolina had a high obesity rate. The authority needed to find a way to control the situation.

In Michigan, 1/3 of the residents were considered obese. The number that was experiencing obesity has decreased after a year. However, 18.9% of kids who were 10 – 17 years old were categorized as obese. It was why there were only a few who finished high school. Some researchers claimed that the individual who has lower education has a higher chance of becoming obese.
