Something New
After being in the real estate industry for a long time, the sisters thought they had seen everything that there was to see. Some of the things that they had handled would make other people give up, so they thought they were capable of dealing with pretty much anything. Before they got to Joyce’s home, the sisters were already thinking about what they might find there. They came up with some pretty crazy ideas, but the reality was not anything that they had imagined at all.

Low Expectations
Since the sisters had already been in real estate for three years, they knew Toronto quite well. They bought and sold properties in the well-known neighborhoods in the city. The duo occasionally lucked out and snagged a property which needed minimal work and basically sold itself without much help from them. They had not found out yet if this was the case with Joyce’s home, but they were not very hopeful.
Low Expectations
