Here is another interesting find. Contractors working on an Arizona home renovation found $500,000 in cash inside military ammunition containers. They then claimed it as theirs. However, the homeowners contested this. The court ultimately disagreed with them both and ruled that it should go to the heirs of the original owner, Robert Spann. He died 11 years before that, so his money went to his daughters.
