While renovating a Minnesota home, they found a copy of Action Comics No. 1 hidden in the wall. The 1938 Superman comic book was sold for $175k at an auction. It was discovered among newspapers and used as insulation for the house. It was graded 1.5 out of 10 thanks to the detached back cover. In 2011, a near-mint copy of the same issue was graded at 9.0 and sold for $2.16 million. Whoa.

Magician’s Box
While at work, this mover took note of a six-foot-long wooden box that fit three smaller boxes inside. The boxes had openings on opposite ends and metal railings that clicked like train tracks. He had no idea what it could possibly be, but everything made sense when he found out the owner was a magician!
