Brad Pitt is one of the last true megastars that Hollywood will likely have. More than just a pretty face, Pitt became a true brand on the backs of his charismatic acting performance. The 51 year old actor scored his first role way back in 1964. Since then Pitt has gone on to rack up 71 acting credits and a slew of producer credits as he makes his way more into the world of above-the-line production. For Pitt, life wasn’t as easy as his model good looks and perfect hair would make it. His vision was bad, real bad, and it wasn’t until 2010 that he found the courage to go under the laser to get the lasik procedure done. Now he’s got perfect vision and no pair of glasses will find their way between him and a camera, unless the role specifically calls for it. Brad Pitt is currently wrapped up in producing, and starring, in the sequel to “World War Z”

The diversity of Hollywood seemingly knows no bounds because you would not believe that John Goodman and Brad Pitt are close to the same age! But they are, and this 60 year old actor has lasik surgery in common with Brad Pitt, as well. John Goodman bust onto the scene back in the late ’60s before becoming a solid presence in front of the camera. His work ranges from the depths of drama all the way to knee slapping hilarity. Goodman has become a staple in the films of the Cohen Brothers (“O Brother Where Art Thou?”). John underwent lasik correction himself but you’d never know it. The 6’2 actor fills up the screen with his presence alone, whether glasses are there or not.
