Unfortunately when the cameras stopped rolling Abraham still wanted that attention. Since her departure from the show Abraham has been a constant source of tabloid fodder for her antics and own body image manipulations. Abraham has already upgraded her breasts by getting implants and she immediately put them on display with a controversial sex tape. Abraham has also gone under the knife to get a nose job and she doesn’t seem to care if anyone knows. While Abraham is young she is trending toward the route that Joan Rivers and Heidi Montag walked before her.

If you are familiar with Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson then you know that his inclusion upon this list just has to be a mistake. But it isn’t. In fact, Dwayne Johnson is one of the most successful people to fix himself through liposuction. That’s right! The hulking, physical, beast from films like G.I. Joe and Pain & Gain has had a little bit of lipoplasty work done on his body. While we are all familiar with the Rock’s rippling muscles but what we probably didn’t realize is that he was having an issue with pseudogynecomastia. That word, which is long and difficult, basically means that the Rock had fat deposits in his breast! Now as a red blooded heterosexual male we are sure he’s fine with breasts on women, just not on himself. So to remedy the issue the Rock went in for liposuction surgery. The augmentation sucked out the fat deposits and gave back that flat and muscular chest that has made him so much money. The surgery occurred back in 2005 and the Rock has only been trending upward ever since. Nowadays he is one of the most inspiring physical specimens on the planet and he has also become one of the most bankable stars in all of Hollywood.
