A 2009 study showed that the acetic acid in vinegar can increase that “satisfied” feeling, prevent weight gain, and also prevent the accumulation of body fat. Drizzling vinegar over cooked or raw veggies is also superb.

Similar to its cousin fruit, the lemon, oranges are fiber-generous and have a very low caloric count.
