Clean A Lunchbox And Cooler
E-Cloth released results of a study that prove that upwards of 73% of lunchboxes are looming with bacterias that are so harmful that they can actually cause food poisoning. It may not seem obvious, but you need to be sure to clean your lunchboxes regularly to wipe away the bacteria. Just pour hydrogen peroxide into the cooler or lunchbox, let it sit for ten minutes, and rinse afterward.
Disinfect The Cutting Board
It makes sense that your cutting board accumulates a lot of gross bacteria; after all, it pretty much solely comes in contact with raw food, including raw meat. In addition to cleaning the cutting board thoroughly, you should also disinfect it. To do this, fill a container with 3% hydrogen peroxide, place the cutting board inside, and let it sit for ten minutes. After this, rinse it off well.
