Stafford Road Man
This discovery is part of the first wave of Saxons to travel to Britain after the collapse of the Roman Empire. He was found alongside a spear and knife, analyzed to have lived an unusually active and prolonged life. He died at the age of 45. He was seen to have arthritis as well as dental abscess’ which is most likely the cause of death as infection most probably spread to his brain eventually.
